Payment terms
Standard terms
1.
50%
deposit upon booking,

You can
either choose to pay balance of 50%
within 7 day
before or on the event day or
30%
within 7 day before or on the event day and another 20% after
finished good completed, upon
delivery.

2. 50% deposit of
total package price shall be paid 2 weeks after sign up /
3 months before the 1st event. Another 30% shall be
paid within 7 day before or

completed and delivered.
3. For wedding
event less than 3 months, balance from the 50% of total package
price shall be paid immediately after sign up / 1 week
after the first
deposit was paid. Another
30% shall be paid within 7 day before or on the event day and
another 20% after finished good completed and delivered.
*Payment
can be completed either by cash, cash deposits thru ATM, online
transfer via Interbank-GIRO or by cheque. Booking is valid after
cheque is cleared and
the online transfer being successful. 20% balance
or last payment shall be paid by cash or online transfer. Online
transfer should be appeared on our account
before delivery. Our bank :

We are not responsible if transaction or payment
is failed
wrong account no or lost unless customer can
prove those transaction are success to our account.
*For
government or certain clients, above terms are not applicable
due to LO/PO (Letter Offer/Purchase Order).
*Note: All percentage (%) can be calculated as
around figure amount nearby in Ringgit Malaysia. Our consultant
will advise for the amount in Ringgit Malaysia after 1st
payment has been made.

Photographer/Videographer Service And Rate
Outstation And Map
Events
held outside Kuala Lumpur, accommodation is to be provided by
customers and minimum outstation fee is RM60. For overseas or long
distance flight ticket is provided by customer and certain fees
including outstation allowance should claim in advance. Customer is
advised to email and post your map together with your invitation
wedding card to us as soon as possible at least 2 weeks before your
wedding start.
Design, Editing & Creativity
To make sure your album finish on time, we did
not provide any design consultation to our customer.
For movie, customer can choose their own music.
Only MP3 format is required. Your choice of music/song must give
to us before or on your wedding day. Duration of time for good
product is about 1 hour +/- for standard solemnization and
reception. Please advises or consult us if you need extra time
for the movie during sign up.
We will select only the best scene or shot for
your movie or pictures. We are fully responsible for all
creativity involve in designing and editing your movie/photo
album. Customer is advised to guide us on what kind of concept
photo album & movie they are looking for during sign up.
Package, pricing and warranty of
end-product
The package and pricing can be changed without
prior notice except for customers who have booked earlier with
50% of secure deposit.
3 days warranty is valid for DVD movies, softcopy
photos and hard copy after the date of delivery. However, we
will not entertain, if the problem is caused by customers.
Please ensure/verified your softcopy, hard copy and DVD movies
after you have received the goods. All products will be tested
by us before delivery or picked up by customer.
Delivery and pick up time
To ensure quality of the pictures and movies are
of high quality, we need 30 working days from the date of the
last event and 80% total of payment has been received. We have
the right to delay the process of delivery if customer didn’t
pay the full payment or too many customers in queue. We will
advise you for the pick up time.
Registered postal services are available for
customer who can't pick up their goods with a certain fee.
Others
Deposit
and progress payment is neither refundable nor redeemable for other
item for cancellation or date is changed. However in certain cases,
customers should inform us earlier by writing email to us if there
are any changes of their event location, date and time but the
changes should meet our availability on the new date/time with
writing permission from us. Price could be different and depend on
the photographer skill and level.
Goods ordered are to be collected within 3 months
from the date of first event has been made. Failing to do so
will result in goods to be discarded without prior notice and
deposit and progress payment being forfeited. We are not
responsible any materials (photo or video) after delivery of the
good product and those materials will be deleted from our
filling at least one week after delivery. We are right to keep /
publish certain materials for our future used. Please keep or
copy your good product in safe place.
We have the right to stop/cancel the services
tendered if customer didn’t pay as in the payment terms. In
emergency cases from our side, the
deposit and progress payments are refundable but most of
the time, we will replace our back up photographer /
videographer if available. This limitation on liability shall
also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged
in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the
mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of
Photographer.
PhotoVideo
Tag
Along Terms And Conditions
Each APV's
participants can follow "tag along" and learn from us during our
PhotoVideo job either for wedding, corporate function, VVIP, royal
function, birthday and others event. We will alert and posted at our
forum for Tag Along. Our ex students and new team can gain and feel
the experience in real situation. There are term and conditions
should apply or follow before start our tag along. Same goes
to our team or ex students which is has been assigned or paid by EPV
and APV for PhotoVideo work including editing.
1.
Each participants, assign and paid team are encouraged be on time,
tidy dress and be polite
2.
Participants, assign and paid team are represented or on behalf of
APV and EPV during assignments. Please make sure do not disturb and
give priority to offcial photographer and videographer do their job.
3. All
photos during paid job, tag along and assignment is copyright
or belong to APV and EPV. APV and EPV have right to use all photos
and video. All paricipants (tag along, assistant, assign, team and
paid) can't simply used, advertise, sale, business, print, show and
in other world unless get writing permission from us. However we are
allowed use for face book, photo bucket, flickr and third party
website but must credit to EPV and APV at your main title. Photos
can be posted at any forum for learning without our permission. Not
allowed and used for own and personal blog for promotion,
sale, services, business and others related.
4. We would
advise and warning to delete or remove if there is our properties at
your personal website and blog without our concern. Next actions
will be taken if necessary.
