Payment terms
1.
50%
deposit upon booking,
2.
You can
either choose to pay balance of 50% on the event day or
30% on the event day and another 20% after finished good completed, upon
delivery.

For government clients, these terms are
not applicable due to PO. (Purchase Order)

If your event is in more than 3 months time and amounting of more than
RM3000, the 50% booking payment is negotiable. 30% of secured booking will
be charged and another 20% balance payment must be completed within 3
months before the event.

We have introduced 0% instalments scheme for wedding events, for packages
with amount RM3000 and above only. This is applicable to customers, who have
booked in at least 6 months in advance. E.g:
RM3000 package, 30% deposit of RM900 to be paid in the first month and
balance of RM420 per month for the next 5 months.

Photographer/Videographer Service And Rate
Outstation
For outside Kuala Lumpur events, accommodations need to be
provided and outstation fees minimum charge is at RM60. Call me the soonest
possible for more details or just walk in to our studio at Bandar Baru Sentul for discussions.
Package and Pricing
We can change the package and pricing without prior notice
except for customers who have paid 50% from total amount. All changes
and upgrade depends on the market price and quality of the product.
Warranty of end-product
We provide one week warranty for DVD movies, softcopy photos
and hard copy after the date of delivery. We will not entertain, if the
problem is caused by customers. Please ensure/verified your softcopy, hard
copy and DVD movies after have received the goods. FYI all products will be
tested by us before delivery or picked up by customer. So far we have not
received any complaints and problem for our products.
Delivery and pick up time
To ensure quality of the pictures and movies are of high
quality, we need between 2 weeks to 1 months from the date of the last event
or 80% payment received for delivery and pick up. For standard album "self
adhesive album", the duration reduced to 10 days to 14 days. Magazine albums
need 3 to 4 weeks to complete and DVD movies 2 to 3 weeks. We have right to delayed the process
of to handed the picture if customer didn’t pay the full payment.
We used registered
postal service for customer who can't pick up their photo and DVD at a
certain fee.
Others
We will use some of
our customers/clients photos/movies for our promotion at our "official
website". Please let us know if customers doesn't want their photo or video
to be published.
Deposit is neither refundable nor
redeemable for other item
Goods ordered are to be collected within
2 months from the date from the receipt / order made. falling which
will result in goods to be discarded without prior notice and
deposit being forfeited.
